This page explains the terms by which you can access our online and/or mobile services and software provided on or in connection with Bettingfamily.com. By accessing or using Bettingfamily.com, or by clicking on a button or selecting a box labeled "I Accept" (or something similar), means that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") and for the collection and use of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and will notify these changes as described below. This agreement applies to all visitors, users and others who have access to Bettingfamily.com ("users").
1. GENERAL
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all persons registered with an active subscription at Bettingfamily.com. Upon creation, these are accepted.
2. AGE LIMIT
To subscribe to Bettingfamily.com, the user must be 18 years of age. The user must also be 18 years of age to bet. Wingroup ApS cannot be held responsible for minors using Bettingfamily.com.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION
The user's name and password will not be disclosed to others. The user's password is hidden and cannot be seen by us or anyone else.
The user must keep the login information in a safe place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to them. The user is responsible for all use of his account. If the user suspects an illegal use of the login information, the user must immediately notify Bettingfamily and change password. Bettingfamily uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means that the user's payment information is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
4. RULES FOR START OF MEMBERSHIP
Your membership is personal and is not allowed to be shared with others. A violation of this may result in permanent exclusion from Bettingfamily.com.
5. REPAYMENT OF ACTION
You are responsible for the loss of money, which can occur when betting. Wingroup ApS and its Tipsters can’t be held responsible for any losses. If you have read or seen incorrectly on our website about what you should bet, you yourself are responsible for this. Wingroup ApS, therefore, does not cover losses on error reading. It is important to emphasize that we in no way guarantees a profit. Of course, our Tipsters are trying to achieve the best results for our users.
6. CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription under your profile page at any time. You will have access to tips through the Website and App until your subscription has expired. If you haven’t unsubscribed and your payment fails, you will still have access to the betting tips the month out. However, the price for the month will be invoiced to you by email after which your subscription is automatically stopped. If a Tipster is removed from the Website, you will be assigned a new Tipster in the same category.
7. TRIAL
A free trial period of 3 days is offered upon registration. This only applies to new members and can be used once at all Tipsters.
8. PAYMENT
When you buy a membership you enter into an agreement with Wingroup ApS, CVR: 38884875. After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Your subscription is renewed automatically and you can unsubscribe at any time. You pay for 1 month at a time, where you have access throughout the period, even if you cancel during a period. All prices include VAT.
9. PRICE REGULATION
Wingroup ApS can at any time regulate the monthly subscription price. However, such price regulation must be notified in good time, and the customer must be able to unsubscribe before the price regulation comes into force. Such regulation must be notified at least 10 days before the price regulation starts.
10. CANCELLATION RIGHT
You have a 14-day cancellation period when you order a service. The deadline runs from the day the agreement was concluded. If you wish to have the service delivered before the deadline expires, you must give your consent to the start of the delivery and the deadline when the service is fully delivered. Thus, you waive the right of withdrawal, as the service begins immediately.
11. DISCLOSURE OF TIPS
It’s strictly forbidden to share the tips provided by Bettingfamily and it’s Tipsters to paying members. This can be punished by fines, penalties, and exclusion. Tips and analyzes made by Bettingfamily and its Tipsters are rights that belong to the company.
12. AMOUNT OF TIPS
The number of tips will vary from Tipster to Tipster. Tipsters at Bettingfamily bet exclusively on bets where, according to their calculations and knowledge, it can be concluded that there is value.
